Allan Line steamship built 1913 at at Glasgow by Fairfield Shipbuilding & Eng. Co. Ltd. This ship became an armed merchant cruiser in 1914. Torpedoed off Rathlin Island by U-19 in 1918. The image is from an old photo postcard. For more ship history see: S/S Calgarian
