Allan Line steamship built 1869 at Greenock by Robert Steele Co. The Scandinavian (1) was used for transatlantic conveyance of emigrants from 1870 till 1899. She mainly sailed between Liverpool or Glasgow and Canadian ports via Londonderry. She had accommodation a large number of steerage passengers. This image is from an old Carte de Visite (CDV).
