Potsdam

Holland America Line steamship built 1900 at Hamburg by Blohm & Voss. This ship trafficked the route between Rotterdam and New York between 1900 and 1925, when she was sold to the Swedish America Line and renamed Stockholm. Sold to Norwegian owners 1929, transferred to a floating whale factory and renamed "Solglimt". Sunk 1944 at Cherbourg. The image is from an old postcard.
