L`Aquitaine - ex Normannia (2)

This steamship was built 1890 at Glasgow by Fairfield Shipbuilding & Eng. Co. Ltd. as the Normannia (2) for the Hamburg America Line. Sold to C.G.T. and renamed L`Aquitane 1899. Sailed with emigrants and other passengers between Havre and New York for the French Line 1899-1906. On this image she is seen at Le Havre. This image is from an old postcard.
