Espagne - departing Saint Nazaire

French Line steamship built 1909 at Port de Bouc. The Espagne mainly served on the St. Nazaire - West Indies route but it also made a number of voyages with emigrants and other passengers between Havre and New York for the French Line. On this image the ship is seen departing with her decks crowded with passengers. This image is from an old postcard.
