Montreal (2) - ex Konig Friedrich August

Canadian Pacific Line steamship built 1906 at Hamburg by Blohm & Voss. Originaly launched as the Konig Friedrich August for the Hamburg America Line. Taken over by the Canadian Pacific Line from Reparations Commission in 1920 and renamed Montreal after refitting. In 1928 the ship was purchased by the Fabre Line and renamed Alesia.
