Conemaugh

Red Star Line steamship built 1882 at Sunderland by Bartram, Haswell & Co. (ex. Sacrobosco). Taken over and renamed Conemaugh after a fire in 1890. The ship went missing at sea in 1904 while on a voyage from Honolulu to Philadelphia. This image is from an old photograph. For more ship history see: S/S Conemaugh
