Hamburg America Line steamship built 1900 at Stettin by AG Vulcan as the S/S Deutschland (3). The ship was renamed Victoria Luise 1911, and was mainly used for cruising. On this photo taken in the Hamburg Harbor the Victoria Louise appears with only two funnels which means she was refitted. In 1920 she was refitted again with new funnels further aft and the main mast also moved further aft behind the area of the bridge, she was then renamed Hansa. This image is from an old postcard.
