Hamburg America Line steamship launched 1871 at Greenock by Caird & Co. On this image the ship is embarking passengers and baggage from a tender. (The original print measures ca. 50cm. x 38cm). The Vandalina was sold to the Hansa Line in 1884 and renamed "Kehrweider". Taken over by HAPAG in 1894 together with the rest of the Hansa fleet. Renamed "Polonia" in 1895. 1897: broken up.
