Paris on the Manacles

Launched 1888 at Glasgow by J. G. Thomson Co. as the City of Paris of the Inman Line. Taken over by American Line, renamed Paris 1893. This old photo postcard shows the ship after it grounded on the Manacles May 21, 1899.
