Dominion Line steamship built 1884 at Glasgow, Scotland by Charles Connell Co. Originally built with two funnels, the second funnel was removed in 1892. This image shows the ship as it appeared after the rebuilding. The ship mainly sailed with emigrants and passengers between Liverpool and Quebec or Halifax, occasionally also Portland. This image is from an old postcard. For more ship history see: S/S Vancouver
