Thingvalla Line steamship built 1880 at Walker-on-Tyne by C. Mitchell & Co. Originally launched as the Jan Breydel for the Engels Line of Belgium, purchased by the Thingvalla Line, renamed Danmark 1888. This image is a showing the sinking Danmark being abandoned in 1889.
